Magileg (MSL AGILE Graphics) is an interface designed to generate, in “real time”, dynamic messages, in the form of text of graphics, for Television. It is Kroma-MSL’s proposal for a XXIst Century character generator and is the result of a convergence between computer and television technologies.

It is an ideal piece of equipment to optimise television resources, incorporating techniques from Pre-production (Maximum planning of the work to be carried out).

An AGILE graphics system is composed of a 2U rack of electronics and a Windows 2000/XP compatible control unit connected by Ethernet. Kroma-MSL offers industrial control units and fast action keyboards as an option.

AGILE is conceived as a real time, dynamic professional TV info graphics system based on filling templates with current data functions. From this point of view AGILE is much more powerful and flexible than any classical CG. The AGILE design treats live TV needs such as fast message selection, easy operation, on the fly message edit/template composition, etc.
In summary: AGILE is the first classical CG of the Twenty First Century.
